Do you ship overseas?

At the moment we have shipping to both New Zealand & Australia. If you are outside these regions, send us an email and we'll try to sort it out for you :)

How long will it take to get my order?

After receiving your order, we try our hardest to get you your prints as soon as we can. Usually (unless specified) this will take less than 5 working days to post. If you need your prints within a specific amount of time please contact us via email and we'll see what we can do.

What happens if my prints get lost or damaged in the post?

If your print hasn't turned up or has been damaged in the post, let us know as soon as you can so we can sort you out with a replacement as soon as possible.

What type of prints are they?

Our prints are printed on 325gsm Matte Textured Bright White Archival premium photo paper, with UltraChrome archival inks.

UltraChrome Ink Techonology incorporates three unique levels of black, which along with new colour pigment technology, dramatically improves both colour and black and white prints. The UltraChrome Ink Technology produces archival prints with amazing colour fidelity, gloss level, and scratch resistance, while providing stable colours from the moment prints exit the printer.

Are the prints framed?

Unfortunately because shipping prints with frames is a lot more expensive, at this time we only ship the prints themselves.

My print looks a little different than on screen?

Different devices can display colour differently depending on colour and brightness settings. We try our hardest to match what is seen on screen and keep the colours consistent & accurate, but depending on your device may be slightly different.
